The 2022 Lucky 7th Annual Bruns/Winget International Pumpkin Carving Contest committee is excited to announce the winners!
Best Pumpkin: a four time champion, from Los Angeles, California, Brianna with her intricate carving “Dia de Los Muertos”
Most Creative: two time champion, from Maryland, Dana, for her homegrown, power tooled, perfect circles-pumpkin. He couldn’t go orange but this is a reminder to never give up on your dreams!
Honorable mention: newcomer on the Bruns/Winget carving contest circuit, Jesse from Oregon with “Wart Bro”!
Kid’s Best Pumpkin: Wesley, age 10, for “Kitty and skeleton Kitty”!
Kid’s Honorable mention: Zoe, age 8, for “Can’t make up my mind, flower/cutie fang-face”. Daughter of our adult Most Creative winner, Dana. I guess the carving tools don’t fall far from the carving tool tree!
